Technical Implementation Manager - APAC

About the role

BVNK, the stablecoin-powered financial stack for enterprises and part of Mastercard, is hiring a Technical Implementation Manager for APAC. You will own the successful implementation of customers onto the BVNK platform after commercial close and handoff from Solutions Engineering, acting as the primary implementation partner who coordinates technical integration, configuration, testing and dependencies until production go-live.

Key responsibilities

• Own customer implementations from handoff by Solutions Engineering through production go-live, and establish implementation plans, milestones, dependencies and target launch dates.
• Lead customer kickoffs, set up governance and ways of working, and guide customers through integration with BVNK's APIs, webhooks, authentication and payment infrastructure.
• Coordinate testing, sandbox integration, configuration, certification, operational readiness and production launch, and act as the main contact between customers and BVNK teams.
• Work with Engineering, Product, Compliance, Operations and others to resolve blockers, troubleshoot integration issues and escalate to specialists when needed.
• Identify risks to scope, timeline or launch readiness, manage scope changes, and keep stakeholders informed on progress and decisions.
• Build repeatable implementation processes, playbooks and documentation, give feedback on recurring friction, and hand off completed implementations to the ongoing customer owner.

Required profile

• Experience in technical implementation, delivery, integration management, professional services or technical project management, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to manage complex implementations with multiple technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to drive customers and internal teams to deadlines.
• Excellent customer communication, including setting expectations and handling difficult conversations when timelines or requirements change.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations and to identify and escalate risks early.

Required skills

• Strong technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication, data flows and software integrations.
• Understanding of payments infrastructure and payment flows; experience with stablecoins, digital assets or crypto payment rails is highly advantageous.
