Technical Manager, Architectural

About the role

The Technical Manager, Architectural will lead the production and quality of technical drawings and documentation for large, complex architectural projects across Singapore. You will work closely with project leadership to ensure consistency, compliance, and successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own the creation and quality control of technical drawings and documentation.
• Resolve cross‑discipline coordination challenges, maintaining consistent documentation across teams.
• Lead authority submission packages and liaise with regulators on technical queries.
• Drive digital delivery through BIM (Revit) workflows and integrate digital tools into project delivery.
• Mentor and upskill colleagues, raising technical delivery standards across the group.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related design discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience in an architectural or professional engineering consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of Corenet submission processes.
