Technical Manager

About the role

The Technical Manager leads the presales team to achieve business targets, improve project conversion rates and drive sustainable growth across network, cloud, security and 5G solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop presales business strategies, annual plans and KPIs; oversee industry and regional presales layout.
• Manage daily operations, performance assessment and talent development of the presales team.
• Lead end‑to‑end presales for key and large‑scale projects, including solution strategy, client communication, bidding governance and issue resolution.
• Establish and optimise unified presales standards, solution portfolios, bidding documents, PoC processes and presentation templates.
• Collaborate with sales, product, R&D and delivery teams to empower front‑line sales and accelerate opportunity conversion.
• Own technical roadmap and solution quality control for core product domains and ensure smooth handover to delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of solution/presales technical experience, with at least 2 years in team management or business supervision.
• Strong business acumen, result‑oriented, able to multitask, travel and work under pressure.
• Excellent English and Chinese verbal and written communication skills.
