Technical Project Manager – 1 Year Fixed-Term

About the role

Pelagus, the on‑demand manufacturing partner for maritime and energy OEMs, is seeking a Technical Project Manager on a 1‑year fixed‑term contract. You will lead the most complex manufacturing programmes, coordinate multiple workstreams and act as the primary liaison for global OEMs, government bodies and strategic partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of high‑profile manufacturing programmes, building multi‑workstream plans and managing critical‑path dependencies.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key government and industry bodies, representing Pelagus in joint programmes and reporting.
• Serve as strategic account manager for major project customers, deepening partnerships and identifying growth opportunities.
• Drive delivery across engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply‑chain workstreams using clear action trackers.
• Identify, assess, mitigate and track project risks throughout the programme lifecycle.
• Provide consistent, standardized reporting to customers and lead governance and change‑control meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, multi‑partner manufacturing projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior OEM, government and industry contacts.
• Excellent risk‑management and issue‑resolution capabilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly and act as the single source of truth for customers.
