Technical Project Manager – DevSecOps

About the role

The Technical Project Manager – DevSecOps will lead the delivery of secure software initiatives, embedding security throughout the development lifecycle. The role combines strategic project management with hands‑on DevSecOps expertise to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet rigorous security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of a Secure SDLC, integrating security gates into CI/CD pipelines.
• Define and manage project scope, objectives, tasks, resources, risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, operations and procurement teams to align workflows and deliverables.
• Maintain project dashboards, status reports and executive summaries for leadership visibility.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in project management within financial services or asset management.
• Proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams and delivering complex security projects.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, AWS) are advantageous.

Required skills

• Secure SDLC and CI/CD tooling (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Container platforms and security (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Infrastructure‑as‑Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and Policy‑as‑Code (OPA).
• Application security fundamentals (OWASP Top 10, cryptography).
• Cloud security on AWS and Azure (Well‑Architected Framework, Microsoft Sentinel, Security Hub, GuardDuty, CloudTrail).
• Cloud Security Posture Management, SBOM, SLSA, artifact signing.
• Threat modeling, secure design reviews, risk assessments and vulnerability management.
