Technical Property Executive – FM Certified (Immediate)

About the role

The Technical Property Executive will lead a team of technicians and coordinate with FM, security and car‑park teams to ensure seamless facility operations across Singapore. This role requires hands‑on technical expertise and strong leadership to deliver preventive maintenance, projects and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach technicians, ensuring they are familiar with contract requirements.
• Manage all technical staff, including direct contractors and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular sub‑meetings with stakeholders and record minutes.
• Maintain systems and ensure projects, preventive maintenance and SOPs are completed on schedule.
• Support installation, repair and troubleshooting for Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, Lift & Escalator, ACMV, BMS, Audio‑Visual and overall facilities management.
• Perform site walk‑throughs and enforce QEHS ISO and statutory compliance.

Required profile

• Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the listed technical disciplines.
• Self‑motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Outlook and Microsoft Office (Excel – intermediate, Word, PowerPoint).
• Meticulous, team‑oriented and capable of managing a technical team.
