Technical Sales Engineer – Electrical/Industrial

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to drive sales of electrical and industrial solutions for our clients across Singapore. The role is based in Toa Payoh and offers a permanent, full‑time position with a competitive salary and performance bonus.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze clients’ technical requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Create and deliver technical presentations, product demos and proposals.
• Lead pre‑sales activities including site visits, technical inquiries and tender submissions.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop customized applications and provide technical support.
• Provide post‑sales assistance and conduct training sessions as needed.
• Manage major accounts such as international conglomerates, government bodies and consulting firms.
• Support regional branches in business development and marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; experience in power systems or UPS is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and schematics.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar engineering software.
• Technical drawing interpretation.
• Understanding of power systems and UPS equipment.

• Salary up to SGD 4,500 per month plus performance bonus.
