Technical Sales Executive – Building & Security Solutions

About the role

The Technical Sales Executive will drive sales of building and security solutions across the West (Toh Guan) region. You will act as the technical bridge between customers and our engineering team, ensuring proposals meet client needs and that projects are delivered successfully.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, main contractors and other stakeholders through site visits and sales meetings.
• Review customer requirements, prepare accurate quotations and provide technical advice.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand market share and achieve sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow existing and new customer relationships.
• Provide engineering and technical support before and after sale, including follow‑up service.
• Meet and manage sales targets to enhance revenue growth.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Building Automation.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in building automation or related field; project management experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to undergo training in Early Detection Solutions.
