Technical Solution Specialist (Hybrid)

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise's Advanced Solution Center (ASC) offers a Technical Solution Specialist position focused on resolving complex, high-impact issues for HPE enterprise customers. The role is hybrid, with about two days per week spent in an HPE office. It sits within HPE Complete Care, a comprehensive support offering built for organizations where downtime is not an option.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted remote technical expert, diagnosing complex customer incidents through deep log analysis and delivering swift resolutions.
• Understand each customer's IT and business landscape so solutions match their operational goals.
• Provide technical leadership across incident analysis, management and root cause investigations.
• Act as a strategic advisor, explaining recovery plans and designing action plans to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with engineers, field specialists, management and third-party partners, and partner with account teams on proactive initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HPE product lines.
• Hands-on expertise with HPE storage arrays (3PAR, Primera, MSA, Brocade SAN, StoreOnce, Alletra/Nimble).
• Foundation in HPE enterprise compute (ProLiant and Synergy servers).
• Exposure to virtualization and open technologies such as Broadcom vSphere, Linux and Microsoft platforms.
• Added advantage: proven collaboration and communication with internal and external customers, strong troubleshooting in heterogeneous environments, and ability to lead complex problems.
