Technical Support Engineer

About the role

The Technical Support Engineer will ensure the stability and performance of production systems by diagnosing complex issues, handling incidents, and supporting integrations. You will work closely with development, QA and DevOps teams to deliver reliable services.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve complex technical issues including system errors, integration failures, and advanced configuration problems.
• Monitor production systems using dashboards and alerting tools to maintain system health.
• Manage incidents, adhere to SLA timelines, and conduct root cause analysis with preventive reports.
• Apply patches, bug fixes, and perform quality assurance testing on updates and releases.
• Support system integrations by managing APIs, middleware, and database connectivity.
• Carry out monthly preventive maintenance, log reviews, and health checks.
• Assist in deployments and releases, validating builds and coordinating rollouts.
• Maintain documentation of incidents, configurations, fixes, and procedures.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in application support or system operations.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
