Technologist - Manufacturing Wet Process

About the role

Micron is hiring a Technologist for its manufacturing wet process team at Fab 10W. As part of the manufacturing team, you will analyze machine utilization, improve and ensure quality output, and support production efficiency and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze machine utilization and improve and ensure quality output
• Maintain overall production efficiency of assigned workstations
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards promptly to support a safe work environment
• Work with equipment engineers to strengthen and maintain equipment availability to meet product requirements
• Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work, applying sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements
• Identify, test and share AI-enabled improvements within your scope of work

Required profile

• A relevant Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent working experience
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is an added advantage
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and looking for growth
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts, including night shifts

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Baseline digital fluency and role-appropriate AI literacy to use AI tools responsibly for research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving and operational tasks
