Technologist - Mfg Wet

About the role

Micron is hiring a Manufacturing Technologist for its wet manufacturing team at Fab 10N/X. As part of the manufacturing team, the technologist analyses machine utilisation, improves and ensures quality output, and supports production efficiency and a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse machine utilisation and improve and ensure quality output
• Maintain overall production efficiency of assigned workstations
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards promptly to support a safe work environment
• Work with equipment engineers to strengthen and maintain equipment availability to meet product requirements
• Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality or effectiveness, complying with organisational standards and legal requirements
• Identify, test and share AI-enabled improvements within their scope of work

Required profile

• A relevant Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent working experience
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is an added advantage
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and looking for growth
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts, including night shift

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Baseline digital fluency and role-appropriate AI literacy to use AI tools responsibly for research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving and operational tasks
