Technology Account Management Manager – Singapore

About the role

The Manager, Technology Account Management is responsible for managing the technology and operational relationship with Mastercard customers across Singapore. This role serves as the primary point of contact for technical, system, and operational matters, ensuring customer needs are understood, prioritized, and addressed through effective coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day technology and operational relationship with assigned Mastercard customers, acting as the primary point of contact for technical account matters.
• Lead customer onboarding, technical implementations, readiness assessments, release coordination, incident management and post‑go‑live support.
• Assess customer technology and operational readiness, identify risks and align delivery activities with Mastercard standards.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to investigate, resolve and prevent production and non‑production issues.
• Support implementation and delivery of Mastercard products and solutions, from scoping and planning through execution and completion.

Required profile

• Experience in the payments industry, financial technology or related technology services.
• Strong understanding of payment transaction flows, processing environments and card‑center or digital‑payment operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing technical implementations, customer onboarding, operational readiness and incident management.
• Proven project‑management capability with ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and track dependencies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a matrixed, multicultural environment.
