Technology Platforms & Controls Manager (MNC / Central)

About the role

The role leads the architecture, implementation, operation and continuous improvement of enterprise information security platforms across the organisation. It combines strategic oversight of security controls with hands‑on leadership of a high‑performing security engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment and optimisation of security platforms such as PAM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, NDR, DLP, WAF and vulnerability management.
• Ensure security controls are implemented and monitored in line with regulatory frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, ISMS) and drive remediation of identified gaps.
• Manage the Security Engineering team, set service standards, define metrics and dashboards, oversee major incident support and vendor relationships, and control budgets.
• Drive automation and AI‑enabled improvements, provide technical oversight in governance forums and influence senior stakeholders on technology decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, network or data security.
• Deep hands‑on knowledge of enterprise security technologies and strong understanding of NIST, ISO 27001, ISMS, SOC 2 and related regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record of leading security engineering/operations teams, influencing senior leadership, managing vendors and delivering cross‑functional initiatives.
