Technology Recruiter (360) – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking a driven 360 Technology Recruiter to join our growing team in Singapore. In this full‑cycle recruitment role you will manage both business development and candidate management, partnering with clients to place top technology talent in permanent and contract positions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing technology clients.
• Identify business opportunities through market mapping, networking and proactive outreach.
• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process from briefing to offer management.
• Source, screen, interview and shortlist high‑quality technology professionals.
• Provide consultative advice on hiring trends, talent availability and market conditions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates across diverse tech skill sets.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers and manage onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM/ATS and achieve sales, placement and revenue targets.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of agency recruitment experience, preferably in the technology sector.
• Proven ability to manage the full 360 recruitment cycle.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and target‑driven with a commercial mindset.
