Technology Support Engineer

About the role

Monex is seeking a proactive Technology Support Engineer to join its growing IT function in Singapore. You will be the escalation point for end‑user support across Microsoft 365 and Windows environments, ensuring staff stay productive and that technology and facilities run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve escalated end‑user incidents and requests related to Microsoft 365, business apps, identity & access, and endpoint issues while meeting SLA targets.
• Prioritise, track and, when necessary, escalate tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• Build, deploy, update and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, peripherals and related devices.
• Maintain and support Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online and other collaboration tools.
• Provide hands‑on office support for Wi‑Fi/LAN, printers, docking stations and meeting‑room technology.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to improve overall service quality.
• Perform desk and equipment moves, cable dressing and management.
• Handle user onboarding, off‑boarding and changes, keeping documentation and asset records accurate.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Intune or similar device‑management platforms.
• Solid troubleshooting abilities and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Clear communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic DIY skills – able to use drills, screwdrivers and pliers.
