About the role

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Persuasive, goal‑oriented, and self‑motivated.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fresh or entry‑level candidates are welcome; prior telemarketing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
