Customer Service Representative – Mandarin Speaking

About the role

Join TDCX as a Customer Service Representative where you will support partner brands by handling inbound inquiries via phone and email. You will ensure timely, professional resolutions while contributing to continuous improvement of processes and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to phone and email inquiries from the public and resolve them efficiently.
• Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines.
• Deliver high‑quality service to achieve the highest customer satisfaction.
• Handle and manage escalation issues proficiently.
• Build sustainable relationships by going the extra mile for customers.
• Perform other duties assigned by management to support the Quality Management System.

Required profile

• Minimum education: GCE O Level, GCE A Level, Higher Nitec or Diploma in any field.
• 1–2 years experience handling contact‑centre cases in a call‑centre or service environment.
• Proficient in MS Office with excellent keyboard skills.
• Strong time‑management, active listening, empathy, and professional phone etiquette.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin.
• Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.
