Telesales Executive – Corporate Training Sales

About the role

Vertical Institute, a leading AI and technology training provider in Singapore, is seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to drive its corporate training business. You will engage with corporate clients, understand their workforce development needs, and recommend tailored AI, technology, and digital upskilling solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and outreach to corporate clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate training market.
• Engage HR leaders, L&D professionals, business owners and senior decision‑makers to understand training objectives.
• Conduct consultative discussions, design solution proposals and present customized learning plans.
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation and closing.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records in the CRM and forecast revenue.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while nurturing long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telesales, B2B sales or business development.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the complete sales process.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable interacting with senior corporate stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and a track record of identifying growth opportunities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
