About the role
We are looking for energetic Telesales Officers to join our banking team on a contract basis. You will make outbound calls to promote, upsell and retain loan products, delivering a smooth onboarding experience for new customers.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to promote, upsell and retain loan products.
- Handle objections and overcome customer resistance effectively.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Manage leads to maximise conversion within set timelines.
- Ensure a positive onboarding journey and high customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Minimum O‑Level qualification.
- Excellent verbal communication and confidence in handling objections.
- Sales‑driven, results‑oriented mindset.
- Positive, proactive “can‑do” attitude.
- Prior sales or telesales experience is a plus.
