About the role
We are seeking a temporary Retail Assistant to join our team at Orchard Road, Singapore. This is a contract position offering a monthly salary of SGD 12‑15. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and supporting the store’s daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all shoppers.
- Responsible for ensuring a positive client experience.
- Address customer questions in line with brand standards.
- Complete any ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
