Temporary Finance Support Staff – Woodlands

About the role

This is a three‑month temporary finance support position based in Woodlands, Singapore. The role runs from September 2026 to November 2026 and requires 42 hours per week on‑site, with a regular schedule of Monday‑Thursday 8.5 hours and Friday 8 hours.

Key responsibilities

• Perform accounting data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process invoices, payments, billing, and handle accounts payable/receivable matters.
• Prepare reconciliations, accounting schedules, receipts and routine financial reports.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including banking tasks.
• Monitor fund utilisation and liaise with vendors, auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Provide finance, procurement and general administrative support.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of accounting/finance experience preferred; fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Strong communication, organisational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with GeBIZ, Workday or other government procurement systems is an advantage.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of SGD 15 (approximately SGD 2,730 per month).
• Fixed‑term 3‑month contract.
• Full‑time on‑site work with exposure to finance and procurement processes.
