Temporary Pharmacy Assistant – Novena

About the role

The Pharmacy Assistant will support daily operations at a Novena‑based pharmacy, handling medication preparation and assisting with delivery services. This temporary position offers a practical entry‑level opportunity for individuals interested in the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack prescribed medications accurately for dispensing.
• Support the Medication Delivery Service (MDS) and remote collection platforms such as PILBOX/EZYBOX.
• Assist with the Scriptless Dispensing workflow, ensuring patient records are updated.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with pharmacy standards.

Required profile

• Minimum A‑Level or Diploma in any discipline.
• Willingness to commit to a six‑month contract.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID‑19.
• Availability to work 5.5 days per week with the specified schedule.

Required skills

• Basic numeracy and attention to detail for medication handling.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
