About the role
SingHealth is looking for a team of temporary ushers to assist patients and visitors at the new National Cancer Centre building. The role is about welcoming people and helping them find their way around.
Key responsibilities
- Be present in your assigned area by the designated time
- Greet and direct patients and visitors to their destination
- Make sure patients and visitors have a safe and orderly experience
- Respond quickly and courteously to enquiries
Required profile
- At least 17 years old
- GCE O / N / A / ITE / Diploma holder; those waiting for results are also welcome
- Available for a minimum of 3 months
- Able to stand for long periods and work on any assigned schedule
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
Required skills
- Good interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
