Test Engineer (Industrial 3D Printing)

About the role

Under limited supervision, you will design, develop and maintain test procedures, tester hardware and software for electronic circuit board production, supporting industrial 3D printing applications.

Key responsibilities

• Review circuit board designs for testability and support manufacturing with failure analysis and tester debugging.
• Develop and maintain test equipment, generate test data reports, and create documentation from design through initial production.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of Process Technicians, ensuring team development and retention.
• Coordinate engineering activities for procurement, installation, calibration, and control of test instruments and devices.
• Analyze test data, prepare technical reports, and provide recommendations to internal stakeholders and customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Electronics or Electrical Engineering with three to five years of relevant experience.
• Strong ability to read, analyze and write technical documents, reports and procedure manuals, and to present information to managers and clients.

Required skills
