Test Manager (Core Banking)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead end‑to‑end testing for core banking solutions. The role focuses on designing and executing comprehensive test strategies for platforms such as Silverlake, ensuring high‑quality delivery across banking programs.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and govern test strategy, plans and processes.
• Manage the full testing lifecycle, including SIT, UAT and regression cycles.
• Coordinate testing activities with business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors.
• Track defects, drive timely resolution and provide clear status reporting.
• Assess risks, propose mitigation actions and ensure compliance with banking and regulatory standards.
• Promote test automation initiatives and continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• 10+ years of software testing experience, with at least 5 years in test management.
• Strong background in core banking platforms, preferably Silverlake.
• Proven ability to lead large, distributed testing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in banking domains such as CASA, loans and payments.
