About the role
Golden Agri is hiring a Trade Control Analyst in its Downstream business unit. The role monitors commodity markets, reconciles traders' profit and loss (PNL) with the firm's position reports, prepares mark-to-market reports and supports management reviews and month-end book closure.
Key responsibilities
- Keep up with global commodity market developments and flag movements that could affect positions and PNL
- Maintain trade details and generate a daily mark-to-market report for closed and open positions
- Liaise with traders to reconcile their PNL with the Trade Control Net Position Report daily
- Analyse PNL and position movements for the weekly management review and prepare charts and commentaries on Business Unit performance for monthly senior management updates
- Implement and maintain internal controls and improve efficiency in operational and financial processes
- Coordinate the smooth closure of books at month-end and support ad-hoc reports and the annual budgeting exercise
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance (required)
- English (required)
