Trader

About the role

As a Trader you will combine risk management, research and technology to execute crypto‑asset trading strategies, manage counter‑party relationships and work closely with experienced traders, business development and quantitative researchers.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate applying existing strategies to new products.
• Quantitatively analyse trade data and perform post‑trade analysis of strategies.
• Assist in developing analytical tools.
• Communicate relevant news, market events and system behaviour to the team clearly and concisely.
• Challenge consensus on methodologies and trading strategies to advance the team.

Required profile

• Degree (BSc, MSc or PhD) in mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering, computer science or related field.
• Advanced quantitative, analytical and problem‑solving skills for time‑sensitive situations.
• Market‑making experience in cryptocurrency on exchanges or bilaterally.
• Strong curiosity for analysing large data sets using probability and statistics.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++ or C.
• Adaptable, self‑motivated and able to thrive in fast‑paced, competitive environments.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
