Training Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

Sincere Watch Limited is seeking a seasoned Training Manager to lead learning initiatives across its Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand operations. You will shape the training strategy for a premier luxury watch retailer, ensuring teams deliver exceptional product knowledge and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis and develop annual training plans aligned with company vision.
• Design, curate, and maintain training and coaching materials.
• Deliver in‑house training sessions and provide active coaching to identified stakeholders.
• Collaborate with boutique managers and brand partners to uphold high standards of product knowledge.
• Partner with external agencies for specialized training solutions.
• Motivate teams to maintain superior customer service standards.
• Review mystery‑shopping evaluations and develop feedback tools to measure training effectiveness.
• Generate and analyse training reports, and prepare action plans based on data.
• Plan and monitor training budget and optimise resources.
• Conduct on‑site observations to identify behavioural gaps.
• Maintain comprehensive training records for annual review.
• Coach individual team members to foster self‑driven improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a trainer in luxury retail; watch industry experience is a plus.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Preferably ACTA/ACLP or DACE certified.
• Professionalism, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.
