Transfer Pricing Manager – Tax Services

About the role

This position offers an experienced Transfer Pricing professional the chance to lead the tax team’s portfolio for financial services clients. The role is central to delivering high‑quality client service, driving team performance, and expanding the Tax business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on Singapore and international tax matters, focusing on pricing implications of inter‑company transactions.
• Ensure compliance with OECD and Singapore Transfer Pricing guidelines and develop comprehensive tax strategies.
• Conduct functional analysis interviews, benchmarking studies, and prepare transfer pricing documentation.
• Coordinate with the Forvis Mazars global network on client issues and manage regional or global transfer pricing projects.
• Lead audit engagements, oversee the preparation of transfer pricing policies, and review client agreements for risk mitigation.
• Identify cross‑business development opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Degree in law, finance, tax, accounting or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of transfer pricing experience, preferably in the Asia‑Pacific or Europe region within a professional services firm.
• Experience with financial services clients and financial transactions is preferred.
• SCTP accreditation is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and delivery management skills.
