UI/UX Senior Designer (Figma)

About the role

We are looking for a senior UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in Figma to shape digital experiences across web, mobile, and marketing assets. You will work closely with project managers, clients, and developers to translate business goals into intuitive, high‑quality designs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and development teams to gather user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
• Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high‑fidelity visual designs for websites, mobile apps, and marketing materials.
• Present design concepts and rationales to internal teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Identify gaps in user insights and propose research initiatives such as usability testing, interviews, and surveys.
• Translate research findings into actionable design recommendations and ensure designs align with brand guidelines and design systems.
• Work closely with front‑end developers to guarantee accurate implementation and contribute to front‑end development when needed.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design excellence, user‑centered thinking, and research capabilities.
• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools.
• Experience gathering requirements through workshops, stakeholder interviews, and research activities.
• Solid understanding of user research methods and hands‑on usability testing experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to tell compelling design stories.
• Detail‑oriented mindset focused on pixel‑perfect execution and design system consistency.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
