UX Designer

About the role

We are looking for a talented UX Designer to shape intuitive digital experiences across multiple platforms. You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to create accessible, inclusive, and high‑fidelity products that meet regulatory and business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research, analyse findings and identify pain points.
• Apply design heuristics and information‑architecture principles to improve accessibility and findability.
• Design high‑fidelity, intuitive interfaces for mobile, desktop, voice and conversational experiences.
• Incorporate universal design techniques to ensure inclusivity.
• Test products to validate usability and usefulness.
• Develop designs for various use scenarios while maintaining consistency with the design system.
• Present design concepts and user flows to stakeholders for feedback and alignment.
• Take accountability for business and regulatory compliance risks and implement mitigation steps.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Interaction Design or User Experience with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High integrity, accountability and a collaborative attitude.
• Proactive in improving processes and adaptable to change.
