Valuation Senior Associate

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Valuation team within the Deals Advisory practice in Singapore. You will support clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital market transactions by delivering data‑driven valuation insights.

Key responsibilities

• Perform valuations of businesses, tangible and intangible assets, and financial instruments for M&A, litigation, financial reporting and restructuring.
• Prepare and analyse financial models, interpret commercial data and develop forecasts.
• Assist in proposal preparation, client presentations and business development activities.
• Collaborate with managers and senior managers on client deliverables and maintain client relationships under supervision.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal practice development initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience, preferably in business valuation.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and proactive client service mindset.
