Vice President International Human Resources

About the role

You will be the senior HR leader for the company's international operations, based in Singapore. In this position you will own the full HR agenda across multiple countries and partner with regional business leaders and Group HR to develop people strategies that comply with local regulations and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the HR strategy for international offices, aligning with Group priorities and acting as a trusted advisor to regional business heads.
• Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, performance management, engagement and retention across the region.
• Oversee compensation, benefits and incentive programmes, ensuring they are benchmarked to local markets and administered efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws in every operating country, manage complex employee relations, restructuring and labour relations.
• Champion an inclusive, high-performance culture, lead change management and integration with Group HR programmes.
• Lead and develop the regional HR team, including country HR leads and shared services.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or a related field.
• Extensive senior-level HR experience covering multiple countries, preferably in manufacturing or technology environments.
• Demonstrated knowledge of employment law and HR practices across jurisdictions, including Singapore.
• Proven ability in talent strategy, total rewards, employee relations and organisational change.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with ability to operate in a matrixed, multicultural organisation.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin for coordination with headquarters.
