Vice President – International Private Wealth (Southeast Asia)

About the role

Pantheon is seeking a Vice President to lead the growth of its International Private Wealth platform across Southeast Asia. Reporting to the senior leadership team, the role combines senior business‑development responsibilities with deep product knowledge of private‑market investments, serving leading banks, private banks and wealth‑management firms.

Key responsibilities

• Drive fundraising initiatives in the region, contributing to annual capital‑raising and growth targets.
• Design and execute regional sales strategies in partnership with Institutional Investor Relations and joint‑venture partners.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities with major private banks, wealth managers and financial intermediaries.
• Build and nurture relationships with centres of influence, adopting a consultative, long‑term approach.
• Represent Pantheon’s capabilities through presentations at client meetings, industry conferences and strategic events.
• Maintain a robust pipeline, ensuring disciplined engagement, conversion tracking and reporting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, delivering high‑quality service and coordinating with internal teams in London and the region.

Required profile

• Proven senior business‑development experience within private‑wealth or institutional markets.
• Strong understanding of private‑equity, infrastructure, real‑asset and private‑credit fund structures.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with banks, wealth‑management firms and other financial intermediaries.
• Ability to work collaboratively with product, marketing, legal, compliance and investor‑relations teams.
