Vice President, Member Readiness Manager

About the role

The Senior Member Readiness Manager leads the planning, execution, and governance of member testing and conformance for platform upgrades and industry‑wide testing initiatives. This senior position is accountable for driving member communication, documentation release, and coordinated testing across internal teams, vendors, and external members.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the overall member test strategy, scope, sequencing, and entry/exit criteria.
• Identify and resolve dependencies (environments, documents, data, approvals) before they affect timelines.
• Convert objectives into time‑bound execution plans with clear owners, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Act as the single accountable interface for member testing, running structured meetings and communicating status, issues, and decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure all test artefacts (plans, environment docs, technical specs, FAQs, known limitations) are review‑ready, consistently structured, versioned, and published on the correct portals.
• Establish and manage relationships with the member test vendor, overseeing resource onboarding, cost discipline, and performance tracking.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in test strategy, delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Strong independent and proactive planning skills with a disciplined delivery mindset.
• Excellent communication ability to convey risk‑focused updates to senior business and technical audiences.
• Experience managing external vendor teams and coordinating multi‑stakeholder projects.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on documentation governance and quality assurance.
