Video Producer (Entry-Level)

About the role

As an Intern Producer/Videographer at AMShots, you will blend project coordination with hands‑on filming across automotive shoots, brand commercials, event coverage, and short‑form social media content. You will guide each project from planning through on‑site execution to final delivery, ensuring high‑quality footage that meets client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate shoots, including scripting, storyboarding, shot lists, and logistics.
• Liaise with clients to translate briefs into actionable production plans.
• Operate camera and video equipment on‑site to capture client shoots, events, and short‑form content (reels/TikToks).
• Set up lighting, audio, and camera gear for professional‑quality footage.
• Direct talent on‑site to capture engaging, on‑brand content.
• Manage crew schedules and budgets for each project.
• Collaborate with editors to ensure footage aligns with creative direction.
• Organise raw footage and project files for efficient workflow.
• Stay updated on social‑media trends to bring fresh ideas to productions.
• Travel to various client locations as required.

Required profile

• Prior experience in videography, production coordination, or related freelance/portfolio work.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle logistics and filming duties.
• Ability to work independently and lead a small team under tight timelines.
• Comfort directing talent or clients on set.
• Passion for current content trends on Instagram, TikTok, and similar platforms.
• Portfolio or reel demonstrating relevant work.

Required skills

• Camera operation and handling of gimbals.
• Lighting setup and audio recording.
• Video editing using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar tools.
