Videographer & Video Editor

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Videographer & Video Editor to own the end‑to‑end video production pipeline for BESTFOODY. The role combines technical shooting and editing with storytelling, storyboard creation and in‑depth interviewing of business owners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage camera setups, lighting, audio recording and lead on‑location or studio shoots.
• Edit raw footage into polished videos, including color grading, sound design, transitions and motion graphics.
• Develop original video concepts, draft scripts and create detailed storyboards before production.
• Conduct structured interviews with business owners, using strategic questioning to uncover authentic narratives.
• Maintain production schedules, manage equipment and organize project archives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a videographer and video editor with an active portfolio or showreel.
• Hands‑on experience operating camera, lighting and audio equipment.
• Strong storytelling sense with an eye for framing, pacing and visual style.
• Ability to interview founders and business owners, asking probing, non‑surface‑level questions.

Required skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
• After Effects (basic motion graphics).
• Camera operation, lighting and audio recording.
