Viewer Experience Intern, Disney+ APAC (Jan-June 2027)

About the role

Disney+ is looking for a customer-focused Viewer Experience intern for its APAC region (excluding Korea and Japan), based in the Singapore office. The intern reports to the Viewer Experience (VX) Manager, APAC and works closely with the broader Disney Streaming team and the global Viewer Experience team. The role supports the operational performance of the Business Process Outsourcer (BPO) and upcoming product initiatives, focusing on improving APAC customer service processes to raise efficiency, quality and customer KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Compile and deliver weekly Viewer Experience performance reports on BPO performance and trending issues, and run ad hoc reports as needed
• Hold weekly check-ins with the BPOs and share business updates, and take and distribute meeting notes
• Provide daily operational support to BPOs on contact drivers and customer feedback, and identify improvement areas
• Communicate BPO pain points to Viewer Experience teams and collaborate with the cross-functional Disney Streaming team on product initiatives
• Analyse performance data to find trends and root causes, review sample data and assist with investigations
• Audit and troubleshoot product issues, escalating them to product and engineering teams when necessary

Required profile

• Undergraduate student currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, still studying during the internship
• Available for a full-time internship Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, between January and June 2027, including on-site work

Required skills
