Visual Merchandising Intern, Travel Retail

About the role

Parfums Christian Dior, part of LVMH, is looking for a Visual Merchandising Intern for its travel retail business in Southeast Asia. The internship runs for 6 months, full time, from January 2027 to June 2027, and covers visual implementation, trade animation, store openings, operational support, reporting and e-commerce visual adaptation.

Key responsibilities

• Support seasonal visual merchandising campaigns and new product launches across all points of sale in SEA markets, adapting regional guidelines to local store formats and constraints
• Help coordinate suppliers on POSM production and delivery, and prepare, logistically set up and report on trade animations and retail events
• Support new store openings with planograms, POSM coordination, fitting guides and on-site setup, and document installations
• Minimise disruption to store operations, communicate VM instructions to teams, suppliers and partners, and keep records of guidelines, assets and execution status
• Monitor visual trends, competitor activities and retail developments, and compile monthly VM reports with photos and competitor summaries
• Maintain an organised inventory of POSM, props, fixtures and campaign materials, track orders and follow up with suppliers
• Assist with e-commerce corner updates and digital visual assets, and support ad-hoc projects, presentations and events

Required profile

• Commitment to a 6-month full-time internship from January to June 2027
• Genuine interest in the beauty industry
• Strong communication skills with different functional teams
• Problem-solving and project management skills, attention to detail, accountability and ability to work independently

Required skills

• High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and MS Office PowerPoint
• Basic proficiency in MS Office Excel
• Proficiency with SketchUp preferred; 3D design knowledge is a plus
