Wafer Fab Specialist (Operator) – 12h Rotating Shift

About the role

Join a leading global semiconductor company as a Wafer Fab Specialist (Operator) working on a 12‑hour rotating shift. You will operate in a cleanroom environment, handling wafers and supporting daily production to ensure high‑quality chip manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Handle wafers and perform machine set‑ups for production runs.
• Manage test wafers and monitor equipment capacity and targets.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the production area.
• Identify potential hazards and collaborate with Manufacturing Technicians and Engineers to develop solutions.
• Follow strict Standard Operating Procedures and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and on a 12‑hour rotating shift.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• No colour‑blindness or conditions that affect manual dexterity.
• Team player with clear communication skills.
