About the role

Join BullionStar’s vault team as a Warehouse Assistant. You will work in a fast‑paced environment handling precious metals, ensuring every item is accurately counted, stored, and shipped.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and verify deliveries of gold, silver and platinum against paperwork.
• Move items to designated storage locations and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Pick, pack and dispatch online orders with strict quality checks.
• Conduct basic authenticity tests and handle cash transactions related to metal sales.
• Perform regular inventory counts and assist with vault audits.

Required profile

• Physically fit and able to spend most of the day on your feet.
• Highly attentive to detail and able to follow precise procedures.
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable handling high‑value items.
• Entry‑level candidates with a strong work ethic are welcome.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of SGD 2,000–3,000 (experience‑based).
