About the role
We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our Singapore team. The ideal candidate is hands‑on with equipment, comfortable on the road, and enjoys talking coffee with customers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage stock levels and pack customer orders accurately and on time.
- Handle deliveries and ensure timely distribution.
- Support the team with warehouse duties, event support, and administrative tasks.
- Set up, operate and troubleshoot espresso machinery such as La Marzocco, Mazzer, Mythos and Mahlkönig.
- Conduct onsite service visits for customers across Singapore.
Required profile
- Passion for coffee and strong attention to detail.
- Experience working with tools and machinery (electrical and hydraulic).
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable time‑keeping.
- Calm, level‑headed approach under pressure.
Required skills
- Electrical and hydraulic tools operation.
- Espresso machine setup and troubleshooting (La Marzocco, Mazzer, Mythos, Mahlkönig).
