Warehouse Assistant Manager

About the role

The Warehouse Assistant Manager supports the Warehouse Manager in daily operations, ensuring efficient inventory flow and a safe working environment. This middle‑management position is based on‑site at the Woodlands facility in Singapore and offers a competitive salary range.

Key responsibilities

• Report directly to the Warehouse Manager and assist with daily morning briefings.
• Onboard, train and supervise crew members following company SOPs.
• Organise daily workload, manage the packaging area and ensure all warehouse zones are clean and orderly by end of day.
• Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings with supervisors and crew, and document disciplinary actions.
• Assist with inventory management, including audits and accurate checkout for event managers.
• Schedule labor and equipment based on operational needs and request work orders for equipment repair.
• Maintain safety and security procedures, enforce cleaning schedules, and oversee vehicle maintenance programs.

Required profile

• Middle‑management experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Ability to report to and collaborate closely with the Warehouse Manager.
