Warehouse Assistant – Up to SGD 2600 – Kranji

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Kranji. You will be responsible for handling incoming goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting material movement across plant and warehouse locations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods using RFID systems.
• Conduct cycle counts of furnished items at various locations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth material flow.
• Maintain stock accuracy during distribution and resolve discrepancies.
• Execute material movements and process returns using SAP/HANA.
• Maintain proper documentation and system records for all inventory transactions.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum education: N/O Level or equivalent.
• Valid forklift license preferred, as the role involves forklift operation.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or material handling is advantageous.

Required skills

What we offer

• One‑year renewable contract
• Monthly salary up to SGD 2,600
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed
