Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

BeeX is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage parts and equipment for its Hovering Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (HAUVs). You will ensure that components are accurately stored, kitted, and issued to support production, testing, and client deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming HAUV components, handling sensitive items such as PCBs, seals, and lithium batteries according to safety standards.
• Prepare build kits and issue parts, consumables, and tools based on work orders and BOMs, maintaining precise transaction records.
• Maintain inventory accuracy in the ERP system (e.g., Odoo), conduct cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies.
• Pack, ship, and receive HAUVs, spares, and equipment for tank tests, sea trials, and client deployments, including cross‑border logistics between Singapore and Johor Bahru.
• Operate lifting equipment safely and track loaned field equipment.

Required profile

• ITE Nitec, Higher Nitec, or a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of warehouse, stores, or inventory experience, preferably in manufacturing, electronics, engineering, or marine environments.
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and capable of accurate stock recording.
• Willingness to support occasional early starts or field logistics.

Required skills

• Experience with an ERP or inventory system (e.g., Odoo).
• Basic Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
• Forklift license or lifting/rigging certification (preferred).
• ESD‑safe handling of electronic components (preferred).
• Knowledge of dangerous goods handling, especially lithium batteries (preferred).
• Cross‑border logistics experience between Singapore and Malaysia (preferred).
• Class 3 driving licence (preferred).
