Warehouse Customer Service Executive

About the role

The Warehouse Customer Service Executive supports daily warehouse operations by coordinating import, export and internal transfers while maintaining accurate inventory records. The role acts as a liaison between customers, internal teams and the warehouse to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate import, export and transfer activities and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain inventory records and manage transactions using WMS applications.
• Build and sustain good relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Monitor departmental KPIs and take on additional tasks as assigned.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to support daily operations.
• Assist other functions and peers when needed and handle ad‑hoc tasks from supervisors.

Required profile

• Knowledge of import & export processes and inventory management.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS) applications.
• Team player with a customer‑centric attitude.
• Willingness to support operations on weekends or after office hours.
• Minimum N/O Level, Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management.
