Warehouse Maintenance Engineer

About the role

The Warehouse Maintenance Engineer will work closely with Cubic Singapore’s engineering teams and international partners to define, develop, and sustain maintenance solutions for complex systems. This role involves both on‑site activities at customer locations and collaborative design work.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and analyse engineering designs, specifications and test plans based on contract requirements.
• Establish and maintain robust maintenance process flows for repair, replacement, and new‑project manufacturing.
• Monitor, improve and validate maintenance data to support decision‑making.
• Perform maintenance requirement analysis and review system/sub‑system designs and interfaces.
• Participate in project coordination, internal and external design reviews, and status meetings.
• Lead on‑site installation, integration, commissioning and acceptance testing at remote field locations.
• Drive through‑life sustainment, obsolescence engineering and Integrated Logistics Support.
• Develop and deliver technical training materials for users and maintenance personnel.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
• Ability to work under general supervision while exercising decision‑making authority.
• Strong collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams and external customers.
• Willingness to travel to Singapore and other international sites.
