Warehouse Supervisor – Bedok (FMCG, WMS)

About the role

The company is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations at its Bedok Food City facility. The role involves overseeing receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities while ensuring compliance with food safety and warehouse SOPs.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Allocate manpower and assign work to ensure smooth operations and adherence to SOPs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and conduct regular stock and cycle counts.
• Ensure proper handling, temperature control and storage of chilled and frozen food products in compliance with food safety standards.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfilment and productivity, and report to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience, with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, distribution or cold‑chain operations is an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage staff, coordinate daily activities and enforce safety and hygiene procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of inventory management processes.
