Warehouse Supervisor – Food Production

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations at JTC Bedok Food City. You will ensure efficient handling of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
• Allocate manpower, monitor SOP adherence and provide on‑the‑job training.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and conduct regular stock counts.
• Investigate discrepancies, manage expired or damaged goods, and ensure proper temperature control for chilled and frozen products.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Business Development and Logistics teams to meet operational requirements.
• Ensure workplace safety, proper manual handling, and cleanliness of warehouse areas and equipment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in food manufacturing, distribution, FMCG or cold‑chain operations is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
